By accessing or using the Kids Station website (kidsstation.com) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the site after changes are posted counts as acceptance of the updated terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account. Guest checkout is available for anyone who prefers not to create an account.

• All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• An order is confirmed when you receive an order number after checkout.
• We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash and Nagad. Payment is collected at checkout or on delivery depending on the method chosen.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price is incorrect, or we suspect fraud. If payment was already taken for a cancelled order, we refund it in full.

Orders are processed within 1 business day and delivered in 1–3 business days inside Dhaka and 3–5 business days elsewhere. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Shipping fees, if any, are always shown before you place your order.

We offer an easy 7-day return policy on items that arrive damaged, faulty or not as described. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number to arrange a return. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item passes inspection.

We work hard to keep product descriptions, images and stock levels accurate, but small differences (for example in colours) can occur and are not grounds for return. Prices and availability may change at any time without notice.

The Kids Station name, logo, design and all content on this website — including text, graphics and product photos — are the property of Kids Station or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without written permission.

Kids Station is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from the products you buy, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date it was last updated.
